An interesting fluorite specimen comprised of a single colorless to slightly green stepped fluorite crystal, with an apparent green-purple-green cubic phantom aligned at a 45-degree angle to the external crystal (see backlit photo above). Minor scattered edge and corner nicks visible under 10x magnification, generally not visible to the naked eye. Also some internal fractures, as can be seen in the accompanying photos. See Rocks & Minerals, Volume 80, No. 1 (January/February, 2005), pages 46-57, for an update on minerals from this mine.
