Large thin plate of translucent very light green opal-AN var. hyalite, with no matrix. Brilliantly fluorescent bright green under longwave, midwave and shortwave UV light. Specimens of this size and quality are now hard to obtain, due to the closure of most operating alaskite quarries to collectors in the Spruce Pine District. No damage.
