PreviousNext FLU4823 - FLUORITE on QUARTZ $200.00 Locality Blanchard Mine, near Bingham; Hansonburg District; Socorro County, New Mexico, USA Dimensions 63mm x 54mm x 26mm An unusual Blanchard fluorite, consisting of a single stepped cubic purple fluorite crystal 28 mm across, sitting atop a cluster of colorless drusy quartz. The fluorite is cleaved on the back, showing that the fluorite crystal is a colorless and transparent phantom, with the purple color confined to the outermost zone of the crystal. There is a slight rub on the lower left front of the fluorite crystal.
