How to Order
Online Orders
Following is the simple step-by-step process for purchasing items on this site. We accept credit cards through PayPal, U.S. checks, or money orders as a method of payment. Simply follow these steps to make a purchase:
Step 1. - Review the galleries on this web site and select the items to purchase.
Step 2. - Go to the Order Form on our Secure Site and fill it out completely.
Step 3. - Within 48 hours we will send a confirmation via email (or telephone) of your order availability and total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs. (Florida residents must pay local sales tax.)
Step 4. - We'll also put the product(s) in reserve for you. As soon as your payment clears, we'll promptly mail the product(s) to you for your approval. Credit card purchases will be shipped the next day. (Non-credit card customers follow instructions in the confirmation email to arrange payment. Once your payment has been received we will ship out your order.)
Step 5 - You'll have 10 days after receipt of the product(s) to review and return if not completely satisfied. Please e-mail us within 5 days if you plan to return the item.
Security:
All of the information collected on the Order Form page is contained on a Secure Server (SSL). The information you submit to Apalachee Minerals will be kept private and will not be shared. This includes your physical and email addresses, and all other ordering and personal information.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders. Shipping charges can be highly variable depending on bulk, weight, destination, insurance and other factors so I determine them on a per order basis. There is a minimum order requirement of $20.00. All packages shipped in the US will be shipped via Priority Mail through the USPS. All packages will be insured according to their value. To get an estimate of shipping costs refer to USPS calculator. USPS Domestic Calculator and USPS International Calculator. If you live in Florida, 7.50% sales tax will be added to your purchase. We’ll email you back your final invoice total, after we have shipped your order. Unless we're out of town, we'll generally ship within 2 days after payment is confirmed.
International Mail. Shipping and handling outside of USA can vary considerably. Orders outside the USA will be sent Overseas via USPS Priority International Mail. You will be charged the additional actual shipping costs we incur. If postal insurance to your country does not cover value of product(s), shipment will be at your risk.
Method Of Payment:
PayPal is the safer, easier way to make an online payment or set up a merchant account. It is the ONLY method for customers outside of the United States.
Credit Card. For customers in the United States, we also accept your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Please fill out the online Order Form with all your pertinent information.
Credit Card Security: To pay by credit card you may choose one of the following methods:
1. You can call us at (850) 443-0504 to provide us with your credit card information. We will need your name as it appears on the card, the full number, and the expiration date and the three digit verification number located on the backside of the card and the zip code for the card billing address. We will also need the type of card i.e. MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express. We use the square for processing credit cards, so there is NO electronic copy of the complete credit card number.
2. E-mail us your telephone number, or make a note in the comments section on the order form and we will gladly call you.
Money Order, payable in US dollars, via mail (for US orders only).
Check (for US orders only). A personal or business check drawn from any US bank, via mail. We cannot accept checks drawn from a bank outside the US. Please secure an international money order payable in US$ if you wish to send a check from outside the USA. Please allow 10-15 days for check clearing your bank before product is shipped unless the check is CERTIFIED. We may waive the waiting period for established accounts. Please make your check or money order payable to: Apalachee Minerals. Please mail to P.O. Box 6862, Tallahassee, FL, 32314-6862. Once your check has cleared your order will be shipped.
Return Policy:
Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return for a full refund of the item within 10 days. Please e-mail us within 5 days of receipt if you plan on returning any item. Sorry, postage is not refundable. Everything must be in its original condition and shipped back in the original box(s) if possible. Please insure the item that you ship back.
